Here is a quick guide on how to make the most of it.
1. Navigating the Dashboard
When you first open the app, youβll see a grid of vibrant cards. Each one is a specific tool.
- Pick a tool: Just click on any card (like “Word Counter” or “Case Converter”) to open that specific workspace.
- Head back: If you picked the wrong one or youβre finished, click the β Back to Dashboard button at the top left to see the full list again.
2. Analyzing Your Text (Counting & Stats)
Whether you’re trying to hit a specific word count for a class or checking how long your blog post will take to read, the process is the same:
- Open tools like Word Counter, Sentence Counter, or Reading Time.
- Paste your text into the big “Enter Your Text” box.
- Hit the Analyze Text Β button.
- The results will pop up in a blue or green box below, showing you exact stats (words, characters, or minutes).
3. Transforming Your Text
Sometimes you don’t just want to count wordsβyou want to change them.
- Case Converter: Paste your text and click buttons like UPPERCASE or Title Case to instantly fix your formatting. The result appears in the “Converted Text” box below.
- Text Reverser: Want to flip your text backwards for a bit of fun or a specific project? Hit Reverse Text and copy the output.
- Whitespace Remover: If you copied text from a PDF and it has weird extra spaces everywhere, this tool cleans it up so it looks professional again.
4. Advanced Analysis
For those getting a bit more technical:
- Word Density: If youβre trying to rank on Google (SEO), paste your text and type your “Keyword” in the smaller input box. Itβll tell you exactly what percentage of your text uses that word.
- Duplicate Finder: This is great for catching yourself if you use the word “basically” or “literally” ten times in one paragraph.
- Word Frequency: Use this to see the top 10 most used words in your document. It’s a great way to spot “crutch words” you might be overusing.
5. Need Placeholder Text?
If you’re designing a website or a layout and just need some filler:
- Open the Lorem Generator.
- Type in how many paragraphs you need (between 1 and 10).
- Hit Generate Text Β and copy the “Lorem Ipsum” result.
Tip: The app uses high-contrast colors for different results (Blue for words, Green for characters, Red for paragraphs), so you can quickly tell which tool youβre currently using just by the color of the result box.
