📊 Your Fertility Assessment
Fertility by Age Calculator: Your Quick Guide
How to Get Your Quick Check-in
Using the calculator is simple. You only need three pieces of information to get a personalized assessment. Forget long forms; this is a three-step process.
- Enter Your Age: Type your current age into the field labeled “Your Age.” The tool works for ages 18 to 50. Entering an accurate age is essential for the estimate.
- Select Your Sex: Choose “Female” or “Male” from the “Sex” dropdown menu. The assessment logic changes significantly based on this choice.
- Note: If you select “Female,” a new option appears asking how long you have been trying to conceive. Select the most relevant duration. If you are not trying yet, choose “Not trying yet / Just started.”
- Hit the Button: Click the vibrant blue “Assess Fertility” button. The results pop up immediately below the input area.
Understanding Your Results
The result section gives you a quick snapshot and detailed insights. Stop scrolling for a minute and look at the key data.
- The Gauge Score: This shows your fertility status (e.g., “Peak,” “Good,” “Fair”). This rating is a general summary based on your age and sex.
- The Stats (Female): You will see your estimated Chance per Month and Chance per Year for natural conception. It also provides an age-related Miscarriage Risk percentage. These numbers are based on population-level data for your age group, not a personal guarantee.
- The Stats (Male): This section focuses on sperm health factors, such as Sperm Quality and DNA Fragmentation Risk.
- The Insights: Read the “Your Fertility Profile” section carefully. This text breaks down the implications of your age group and provides key facts or specific recommendations. For instance, if you are over 35 and have been trying for a year, the tool triggers an immediate recommendation to speak with a specialist.
This tool gives you a baseline for starting conversations with medical professionals. It removes the guesswork and offers clear, actionable context for your age group.
