Two modes in one:

Mode 1 (Divide Land): You have land, you want to split it equally. Mode 2 (Combine Portions): You have multiple pieces, you want to know the total.

Divide Land – How to use:

1. Enter your total land size
2. Pick the unit (plots, acres, hectares, square meters)
3. Enter how many portions you want (like “5” if you’re sharing with 4 siblings)
4. See exactly what each person gets
5. Visual breakdown shows all portions clearly

When you’ll need this:

Your dad left 5 plots for you and your 4 siblings. That’s 5 plots ÷ 5 people = 1 plot each. Simple. But what if it’s 7.5 plots for 3 people? Now you need this calculator. (Answer: 2.5 plots each)

Combine Portions – How to use:

1. Switch to the “Combine Portions” tab
2. Enter each piece of land you have
3. Click “Add Another Portion” if you have more than 2
4. See your total land size
5. All pieces are displayed with their individual sizes

Example: You inherit 2 plots from grandma, buy 1.5 plots yourself, and your wife brings 0.5 plots as dowry (lucky you). Put them all in, get 4 plots total. Now you can plan that mansion.
